I wanted to let everyone know that if you are planning a trip down to the panhandle in June and are wanting some family beach portraits, let me know. I will be in the Panama City area the 2nd week of June and will offer just a few sessions. I hope that doesn't sound terrible but it's my vacation too! I will post a reminder in the upcoming weeks. Have a great week!

Black and White Wednesday
This past weekend was Olivia's first soccer practice/game. It was new to me to have a practice the same day as a game but it seemed to work so I'll just go with it. I talked Olivia into letting me snap a few shots of her at the house. She has learned to "disappear" when she sees I have the camera out. I guess I've burned her out on photos. I think she did great for a first timer and she is looking forward to this weeks game.
Here she is at the house before she got her jersey.
This one is more of an antique finish but I just loved how it turned out.
.....and here she is trying to take down her own teammate

Bunnies and B&W Wednesday
I know that I have been neglecting this blog for a few weeks but I have been gearing up for my first shoot with live bunnies. After obsessively watching the weather forecast all last week we lucked out and dodged the rain that was predicted....but not the chilly wind. Oh well, you can't have it all! I have to say this session was fun but also challenging to say the least. The kids were wonderful and it was so much fun watching them get excited over holding and petting the bunnies. I have to give a great big THANK YOU to my 10 year old son, Parker. He was my "bunny wrangler" during the shoot. He only had to chase after one of them towards the end of the last session. They were little pros and just sat wherever I put them. I hope to do this again next year. I decided to convert some of the images from this weekends shoot to black and white and just do a combination post. Hope you enjoy!
